1. GENERAL RULES:

1.5 You will have to purchase a VIP membership or become a staff member in order to be able to make a request
1.6 Be courteous and respectful to other members and staff.
1.7 No racism in any form allowed on this board.
1.8 Maintain a post count by participating and replying where possible.
1.9 No adult content allowed in your Signature or Avatar.
1.10 Admins have the full right to ban a member on the board without any warning. Remember admins are here to keep the site running.

2. MEMBER RULES:
2.1 Avoid personal attacks when discussing politics and controversial issues.
2.2 Avoid flaming and public disputes.
2.3 Never flame a member of the staff.
2.4 Use the proper sections for your posts.
2.5 Read and follow the specific rules listed for each section before you post.
2.6 Talking about Credit Cards is strictly forbidden on the board.
2.7 Any attemp to scam members on the board will lead you to permanent ban.
2.8 Do not private message staff asking to delete your account, this is pointless and we don't have the time for this.
2.9 This board is heavily moderated so spamming is meaningless.

3. POSTING RULES:
3.1 Always thank members for their contributions.
3.2 No speed posting or spamming to rapidly inflate your post count.
3.3 No advertising without consent of admins otherwise we ban your account.
3.4 No leeching of and/or other content from this board to other boards and vica versa.
3.5 No warez is allowed on the forum. Anyone caught posting warez on the forum will be banned without warning. Warez discussion is allowed.
3.6 Do not post or request prohibited content in any section like Child Porn, Underage, murder or death pictures, sex involving animals, newsgroups, camsites, scamsites, phising sites, etc etc.
3.7 Learn the use of each of the fourm functions before using them. Reporting thread with thank you will result in getting banned.
3.8 Do not use automated posting programs to mass post content to ImaFia, the usage of such programs (bots) will not be tolerated

4. ACCOUNT RULES:
4.1 Do not share your account or account password and do not use the same pass on other boards
4.2 Only one account per member.
4.3 Only one account per IP address.
4.4 Do not re-register if your board privileges have been revoked (banned).
4.5 Report rule violators to board staff.
4.6 Use a valid e-mail account. Throw away/disposable email addresses are not allowed.
4.7 No member will be allowed to change their usernames once registered.
4.8 Please use common sense when choosing a member name
4.9 Don't sign up with garbage or offensive or pointless member names. Regardless of the language you make it in.

5. VIP RULES:
5.1 Any VIP found leeching our stuff will be ban permanently without any refund.
5.2 Each VIP group have a limited number of request per week, anyone exceeding the limitation will have their request deleted without notice.
5.3 All VIP members must follow the other forum rules, like every other member on this board.
5.4 Unfilled requests older than a month will be deleted.
5.5 Trial VIP are NOT ALLOWED to make any request as stated in the package.
Regular VIP are allowed to make only 2 request per week.
Platinum VIP are allowed to make only 3 request per week.
