Thank you guys, i really appreciate a lot when you guys read my thread and give those advice.
Before i proceed, just want to say sorry for my bad English since it is not my native language.

Sorry for any confusion as i was referring to the download capacity as my broadband provider giving max at 3GB per month.
In certain cases i have to buy an extra GB should i need to download more files.
Whenever i nearly reach the limit my connection is getting slower.
Beside that there is a restriction in my country and we cant access certain website.

SO main reason i want (i'm thinking to) to use VPS is for by-pass bandwith limit, maintain speed and access restricted site.

@GamerRoy - I'm referring to the capacity to download, sorry for my English.
@XoR - Correct bro, whenever i nearly reach the limit my speed getting slower. Was thinking to buy Wifisky to crack WiFi.
@SYNTOX - Actually i'm still confuse, someone told me that you can still download via VPN even when you already exceeded the bandwith limit.

I did some research of my own but i'm going no where due to my lack of knowledge in VPN.
I also asked around and most of the people tell me that they still can download even when they exceed the bandwith limit.
Another point is that it will still maintain the speed and it will not slower down the speed.
