I am canadian so i am not fully in the loop but i remember the huge hype over this guy and I truely believed people should have waited a while before growing over the fact that he will make history because he was black. (its good to make history) but when a country is dying maybe a bad time?


So lets discuss in your opinion please basis it off of facts how is he really doing? I also noticed his popularity has dropped quite a bit.

Oh and please don't discuss the fact that hes black that doesn't matter, discuss how he is doing in office.

thats exactly what i thought. If the presidents do not get killed they are working for some inner government or organization. When they are killed they refuse to get on board.

this is a touchy subject, however i believe that many of his supporters are beginning to turn their backs on him... i personally did not vote for him to begin with, but, there is soooooo many more problems than just the president himself.

my big issue is that all black people voted for him because he was black. And thats just plain stupid. The skin colour of a man should NOT win an election. On the tyra show wayne brady said he voted for him basically because he wanted to make history... :/ wtf?

Its good to make history but do it with someone that gives a fuck and will pull the country out of poverty. But i still dont want to speak too soon. i think the health bill will help americans and will have to wait a bit more to really comment. I am also not from USA.

Well obama is the most powerful man in the world and at the same time he has to take care of USA also. So basically he has lots of tensions in his mind so what he will do and why he will do is depends on him only so we should not worry about that.

Obama's father's Kenyan. His mother's American. He was born in Hawaii. Went to Harvard. Helped communities in Chicago. Governor of Illinois. Became the 44th US President... sounds like a US citizen to me.

There's been a few good things he's done, can't deny that. But to be the President we believed he promised to be, he's got to put stronger and transparent controls on Wall Street, powerful lobbies, military industrial complex, and the Fed. And finally he's got to reign in US foreign/military policy, which has even expanded and escalated in many key hotspots of the world.
