Authorities said they obtained a warrant after a complaint from a family member of the teenager. She then turned herself in to Southington police on Friday morning. Sergeant Lowell DePalma said the victim knew the babysitter before the alleged assault took place.

The babysitter was arrested on July 12 in Clinton after a three-month investigation, according to authorities. She is said to have had a sexual relationship with the boy. No more information is currently available until court records are released with the victim's name removed. Bouchard is due back in court to face charges next week.

This is every 14 year old teen's fantasy! If it was consensual, I don't see the problem- and I can't see him say no!

OR...

He was he was underage. Therefore, he's not capable of judging whether he wanted it or not. Therefore sexual assault.

What kind of 14 year old kid needs a babysitter? Seriously. Pretty sure everyone here wasn't being looked after by the age of 14 when their parents weren't home. If it was his choice to do it I could really care less, I would have taken her down in that situation lol

sucks she has to go thru this, all in the harsh public as well. hope it didn't happen in some small american bible-belt town. poor cute babe, that would be harsh.

and i bet he was totally hitting on her, but he gets away with it with a grounding. 14 year boys are horny little bastards, lol.

dood if that is a pic of her up top and i was being babysat by her when i was 14 i would have plowed that so hard... lol he liked it. stop wasting ppls time money and lives.
